Lenalidomide capsules is an anti-cancer medication. It is prescribed for the treatment of Multiple Myeloma and Lepra Reaction. This medication affects the working of the immune system. It may be taken with or without food. It restricts the growth and production of chemical messengers, thereby slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the human body.

Lenalidomide Capsules is a thalidomide analog. It is an immunomodulatory agent. This compound possesses immunomodulatory and antiangiogenic properties. It works to inhibit the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines and increases the secretion of anti-inflammatory cytokines from peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Lenalidomide works to inhibit cell proliferation with varying effectiveness (IC50s) in some but not all cell lines.
