As the rotor spins the force moves the particles away from the main axis of rotation and after this, the less dense particles float on the top.

This tube is specially constructed to withstand high RCF (relative centrifugal forces) and with a storage capacity of 0.1ml to more than 100ml. Centrifuge tubes are available in a wide range and they are also produced from glass because these are more durable with good thermal and chemical resistance.
