Overview

Enzalu (Enzalutamide) tablet is an anti-cancer medicine, prescribed for the treatment of Prostate Cancer. This medication belongs to the group of medicines known as antineoplastic endocrine therapies. It blocks the effect of testosterone. You may take this tablet with or without food. Pharmacodynamics

Enzalu, comprising Enzalutamide, is a competitive androgen receptor inhibitor. It affects multiple stages of the signaling pathway. It works to inhibit androgen receptor nuclear translocation and interaction with DNA. This compound decreases proliferation and induced cell death of prostate cancer cells in vitro, and decreases tumor volume.
