Overview

Nublexa (Regorafenib) tablet is used in the treatment of colorectal cancer. It works by blocking the action of an abnormal protein that multiplies the cancer cells. It is also used to treat a type of tumor that can affect the stomach and intestines. Take this medicine orally with food and take this medicine at the same time to get most of the benefits. Pharmacodynamics of Nublexa (Regorafenib)

Nublexa is an oral tumor deactivation agent that potently blocks multiple protein kinases, including kinases involved in tumor angiogenesis, Oncogenesis, and the tumor microenvironment. In particular, Nublexa inhibits mutated KIT, a major oncogenic driver in gastrointestinal stromal tumors, and thereby blocks tumor cell proliferation.

Usage of Nublexa (Regorafenib)

Nublexa tablets are used to treat metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that starts either in the colon or rectum). This medicine stops the growth of cancer cells and also prevents the multiplication of cancerous cells. Consult your doctor immediately if you experience any symptoms during treatment with this medicine. This medication may take some time to show results. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your medical advisor told you to do so. Regular blood tests are required during treatment with this medicine. Store this medicine at room temperature. Protect it from moisture and heat.
