Overview
Pazopanib 200mg Tablet is a cancer-fighting medicine. It contains Pazopanib 200mg Tablet as its salt composition. This drug is available only on prescription. It is used in the treatment of individuals diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer). Paznib is also prescribed to treat metastatic soft tissue sarcoma. It is available as tablets of 200 mg strength for oral administration only. Pazopanib 200mg Tablet is specifically suitable for patients with prior chemotherapy. It works by reducing tumor blood flow and increasing cell apoptosis (cancer cell death). This happens also because of the tumor interstitial fluid pressure reduction.
Kidney Cancer
Pazopanib 200mg Tablet (PAZNIB) is a second-generation multitargeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets vascular endothelial growth factor receptors-1, -2, and -3, platelet-derived growth factor receptors-alpha, beta, and c-kit.
