Janumet XR CP CO Pack Tablet is an anti-diabetic medicine. It is a combination of Sitagliptin (100mg) and Metformin (1000mg). It is prescribed to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults. It works by controlling high blood sugar levels in people with diabetes and also prevents from serious complications related with diabetes such as kidney damage, blindness and may also reduce chances of having a heart attack or stroke. It should be taken with food at the same time each day to get effective results. Don't take more than the recommended dose
